It's easy to configure with little effort required by our engineers. We have been able to test multiple configurations in order to find out which one fits best within our environment. The support team responds quickly when there are issues during implementation phase. Nothing specific at this time but I would like more options available such as VLANs per interface/switchport etc.. More testing needed before we deploy it across all environments (MPLS & BGP). Configuration management system where you could see your configuration changes over past days / weeks. This helps us track down any issue after deployment due to wrong config change made previously. Our organization handles large amount of data traffic therefore having centralized logging mechanism was essential part of solution design process. Also being able to send alerts via email if certain threshold exceeded will help identify potential problem areas sooner rather than later. Centralized log collection also allows quick troubleshooting once identified.
