The customer support team really listens well when it comes time do make changes or suggestions about our application as we continue growing with them! There are several features I would like added but they listen so there's no need in me having those concerns voiced out loud here because nothing will be done without first being reviewed internally at least 3 times before going live anywhere else (if not more).
We have been able solve some issues regarding scheduling using this software which was very important considering how many different people were involved within my organization who needed access from home/remotely while still keeping up productivity levels throughout each day - especially during peak hours where other applications had failed us multiple days prior due lack availability / reliability etc..
