This is the ONLY all natural deodorant I've ever used and it really works. Yes, as with all natural deodorants, odor issues can arise if you have never used them. Mine lasted about a week and they weren't bad at all. I showered a little more often. Wasn't a big problem. I spray my armpits after towel drying and rub the spray in. Make sure you apply it right after you shower, whether you're going to bed or going out at night. I also spray it in the morning. I never have BO no matter how sweaty and nasty I am. I've been using this particular spray for about 2 years now. I've recently found that it works great in running shoes too. I started spray-painting it on my friend's sneakers, which to be honest looked pretty fancy. I put them in the sun for a day and misted them at night before bed. Huge difference. I've done this several times and now the funk is completely gone. All I have to do is spray it on at night after he puts it on. I don't have to chase her out of the bedroom anymore. It says you can use it for acne, or as a body spray, or even directly on your feet, but I've never tried that. I recently shaved and the other one is just really strong. So I use unflavored ones, it works great for me and I always make sure I have a spare bottle as no store around me sells it. I'm so glad I found an all natural deodorant that works for me.
