UPDATE: August 3, 2020: I contacted the company because my strap fell apart on May 3, 2020, causing it to fall on concrete and damaging the faceplate of my Fitbit. I was at the amusement park when it happened and I held out my hand as soon as I came back. They asked for a photo. I sent a photo that I shared right after putting the Fitbit back on and one that I shared later that night when parts of the Fitbit started breaking off. Today I added another photo showing the band detaching from the Fitbit. Here is her answer: "Yes, I see! Why do you keep using these bracelets when you find the links are falling apart? for replacing or changing the quick release pin (you will find an extra pin in the package). "My response is, 'Wow, is that really your question to me?! Your question to me should have been what we can do to fix the problem. The damage has already been done so I stop using the strap and there is nothing I can do to fix my problem. kept breaking up. I should have just requested a refund instead of requesting a replacement strap and my Fitbit would not have been damaged. Revain knows my problem is not solved. UPDATE: 8/10/2020: I received my replacement set around 1:30 p.m. today and the previous one was definitely defective! I've had this strap since it was delivered and it hasn't come loose once! Yes! Now I am happy! I ordered a gray band to match my silver Versa Lite. The strap is comfortable but doesn't stay on my Versa Lite! One strip keeps coming off and I've tried both sides of the Versa Lite. I have to reposition the bracelet several times a day. Maybe the one I got is defective?!
