I just set up my printer and I love that it comes with LOTS of ink. I'm really excited about this purchase because I think it will really save me a lot of frustration, money, hassle and time in the long run. However, the setup was a BITCH and I had to set up the WiFi manually which was EXTREMELY painful and took about 20 minutes. During the online setup process, it should do everything for you, but it failed miserably. Trying to enter the WiFi password without telling me how to switch between numbers and letters was VERY annoying to say the least. I finally figured out that you need to press the * key on the bottom left of the control panel while looking at the top right side of the LCD screen to see the options to enter your WiFi PW correctly. My final note is that I had to use a flashlight the whole time to see the LCD because I haven't figured out how to adjust the brightness on it YET. I will contact support on Monday to tell me how to do this. BUT despite all these problems, they still didn't become the deciding factor for me. I'm sure most of you already know that most home printers on the market are absolute CRASH. What sets the G7020 apart is that this printer is of decent quality and the software seems fairly reliable when it comes to downloading, although it lacks options. It also prints some pretty decent copies. All my prints so far are colourful, crisp and print at a pretty decent speed. This, coupled with the fact that the software seems fairly stable so far (despite the lack of options), gets the job done in a timely manner. These positive improvements I seem to have with the G7020 over other printers I've had in the past and my current HP junk have justified a new purchase.
