One works, one doesn't
I ordered two of these for my children. One of them is still working, and the second one stopped working after a few days. The screen has become static and we can no longer use it. The return policy looks like we can't return it because it worked for a few days and then failed. We also threw away the packaging because we didn't expect it to break so quickly. I believe there was a weak hardware connection upon arrival which only got worse.
