I L O V E this sweater! It's very soft and warm. I got a large and could have worn a medium. At 5'3" and about 30 lbs overweight, I buy everything in a large. I've always had the whole "j lo" booty so the extra weight makes it hard to get shirts or sweaters that I like the way they hang on me. I wouldn't wear this with leggings but I would if I lost any weight. It's a tad short in length to me, for leggings. I sent a green one to my 28 yr old daughter who's a size 4 and the small was roomy but she loved it. I ordered a different color for myself I liked it so much. You can't go wrong with the sweater!
