These glasses are very light and comfortable. I fall asleep in it all the time. LAUGH OUT LOUD. When I'm lying in bed, I'm looking at either my phone or my tablet, so it's pretty close to my eyes. These glasses make a big difference in my eye strain. I usually have to turn my phone's brightness down to a very low level. But I don't need glasses. I let my niece borrow a few because she's ALWAYS on her tablet. She loves glasses. And the best part. The price is great.
