I read the reviews and thought it was just what I needed to hold my iPad Pro on a stationary recumbent bike while exercising. wrong decision! I was glad when I got it as it was easy to assemble, easy to mount on my exercise bike's handlebars and my iPhone and iPad Pro fit easily. Everything was fine until I started exercising. Minutes into my first workout, my $1,200 iPad Pro suddenly fell, bounced off the main frame of my exercise bike, and then crashed to the floor. Luckily it didn't break. At first I thought I might not have assembled or fastened everything correctly, but upon closer inspection I found that the plastic piece connecting the device holder to the clip had broken off. (See photo.) Cheap plastic! I'm surprised that such an important part is made out of cheap plastic and breaks so easily. This product will likely work for iPhone storage, but don't trust it with your iPad or tablet.
