Very pleased with this purchase, will recommend it to everyone!

Having tried a bunch of fixes and zooms (Nikkor of course) I came to this lens. I didn’t take it in the store. how much they ask for money for him, he is not worth it. Took a copy in good condition for a more reasonable price. Well what can I say. Before this purchase I had an AF-S DX Nikkor 16-85/3.5-5.6G ED VR zoom. In sharpness, it surpasses 17-55 / 2.8. Although 17-55 / 2,8 is also a very sharp lens. But as for everything else, 17-55 / 2,8 is better. Standing thing. I don't regret buying.

Pros

1. Aperture. 2. Strong constructive. 3. Good, plastic drawing, color rendition.

Cons

The rubber band on the zoom ring came off. But I bought it from my hands, used, so maybe the previous owner's clubhand is to blame here . I don't know.

The best lens in terms of image quality from those that I had, moreover, with practically no HA. Of the minuses, only some inconvenience of operation, a lot of weight. Almost replaced the Nikkor 50 / 1.4 (I wear it only for shooting videos).
