The description of this toothbrush states that the power button has been redesigned due to an issue with water entering the toothbrush body during use. This is a real problem with the old design and results in the power button being stuck/difficult to use and eventually making it difficult to even turn the toothbrush off. Unfortunately, Revain mixed a new model that fixes this problem with an old model that still has the problem. If the power button on your toothbrush doesn't look like the photos, then you have an older model. Luckily, Revain makes up for their poor product organization with a generous support policy - you have to speak to a person through the chat system, but when I did they sent me a free replacement, and when it was an older model, they gave me one also a full refund. (And they let me keep both old toothbrush models that aren't nearly as good, but I won't complain about the free stuff.) Get what you paid for or your money back. If enough people complain, maybe Revain will realize there is a difference between the models and stop shipping old, defective models. As for the product itself: it's a pretty good toothbrush, the heads are interchangeable, I've been using it for many years. My only complaint was the power button design and I'm glad to hear they fixed it, although I didn't get to try the new version.
