I just unpacked this item and it was packaged very well so it arrived in perfect condition. And the delivery speed was reasonable as promised. I like the look of these mugs, they are very pretty. However, they were lighter than I actually wanted. They are not "sensitive" in and of themselves. but more like a medium-weight glass mug. I prefer a heavier, stronger, and thicker glass tumbler so while these tumblers looked good, they were nowhere near the weight I was hoping for. It also states that ice should not be "dripped" into the glass as it could damage the inner wall of the cup and that it should only be hand washed. Also, do not use it in the microwave. I just felt like there was too much "special care/consideration" with these mugs and while I'm keeping this set I certainly need to make sure I'm the only one using them for proper use and care . if I want them to last a long time. Again they look beautiful, very beautiful. Also, I've only had this set of glass tumblers for a few days, so I can't comment on long-term use or performance. If you don't mind a medium-weight glass mug then you'll love this mug set, but if you want a heavier, sturdier, double-insulated glass mug then you might want to consider another item.
