Review on MaximalPower Reflective Safety Band: 4 LED Lights for Roadside & Cross Country Cycling by Rusty Smith

I tested the lights before testing for fit and they are very bright and the flashing/fixed light options are fantastic. Exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I was also looking for an armband with just enough velcro to keep it from sticking out two inches from my arm. There is only a small velcro strap so it won't fit if you have small hands. There is no way to fill the ending. You would just stick the thing in the side if you were going to run/walk with it. Turning it so the parka that was pulled off is facing out leaves a few inches of black (non-reflective) fabric in front. The velcro is strong, which means it stays in place, but it also means it's difficult to remove. out. It's fairly cheaply made and looks like it could tear easily if you're in a hurry and try to take it off carelessly. looks good enough, but there are definitely better things out there.
