I love mascara and eyeliner. The brown color is perfect for my skin tone and age! What I didn't like or even liked was that the packaging was broken and the lid with the eyeliner was lifted. I could fix it but didn't have to. Also, I may be the only person in the US who reads the back of all containers. I love knowing the ingredients, directions and anything the company wants me to know. At 67, makeup has changed a lot since I started wearing it. I would like to know if there are new instructions on how to put it on, wear it or remove it. Impossible when there's a big sticker on the back with a product code covering almost everything. I tried to remove it but it wasn't possible. This is very annoying and not necessary. I don't complain without offering a solution. The label is simple, place it along the bottom of the package where nothing is written. This is one of the solutions. As for the broken box with the product, I don't know where it happened. The blue and white bubble bag that arrived was in perfect condition and didn't look like it had been smashed if put in the bag that way, well that's just human error. Sorry this is long but I think I'm finally tired of employees who don't care what type of work they do. And if my beloved Revane shows signs of it, I have to complain. Again, the product is fantastic, the presentation not so much!
