I like that you can do everything right in front of your computer. You don't need someone else or another program for creating new folders with file attachments etc. This could be improved by adding more templates and allowing us (users) to create our own template instead of being limited only to what they offer as default options - this would make it easier because we are not very good at making things look nice when using their software so having an option where we have full control over how something looks will definitely help! We use cliendly mainly to send out letters/statements but also for general communication to customers and partners about projects etc.
