This backpack has so much to offer! When I first got it I didn't think it would. But then I tucked in my big laptop, a giant keyboard, a stack of work papers about 6 inches tall, my wallet (you know, a large woman's size!) and there's still room! I got caught in a downpour and everything was dry. . There's a hidden zip pocket on the back that's padded to keep keys from bumping into you. I haven't used the 2 outer side pockets yet, but they can be expanded. I like that the zipper ties are hidden. And I didn't know it, but it came with a lock! Very comfortable design, very durable. There is also a carrying strap on the top. The straps are easy to adjust but hold the length well - there are finger tabs at the end which can be adjusted while wearing if that helps. I bring a lot of work from home each night and it saves me the shoulder from a one sided bag.
