This is my first time buying a bag online as I am very careful about my bags. The only thing I have against this handbag is the shoulder strap. The strap is wide, which is good. However, it is very slick and sometimes difficult to hold on your shoulder. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars! The bag is the perfect size for my needs. I am a self-employed Avon sales representative and was looking for a bag for my books, samples, order forms, pens, address book, etc. as well as my personal belongings. I love that I can wear it crossbody or crossbody, whichever suits me. Four zipped pockets on the outside and 1 large pocket, 2 small pockets and 1 zipped pocket in the main compartment inside and two side pockets. I highly recommend this wallet!
