Crumbling - No Padding

I bought 2 of these cushions in March 2020, just over a year ago. Woke up to stuff everywhere! The zipper broke or came undone and the padding was inside and outside of my pillowcase. It doesn't make sense that they zip to wash the cover I'm guessing but the padding just dangles in! I see that when I browse they show as "currently unavailable", probably due to refunds. If they come back I don't recommend buying them!
