UPDATE: After 60 days of use 3 times a week and 5 months of use 1 time a week this is it device broken. The clasp, one of the most useful features, is broken. The plastic holding the pen simply broke with normal use. This spot cannot be repaired with glue. Wrote to tech support, they said the warranty does not apply to the clip. Which company does not support their product? The one you shouldn't spend money to buy ANYTHING. I bought this device after purchasing my new iPhone SE (2020) in December 2020. finally decided to try the bluetooth receiver. This device was excellent for listening to music. The sound quality was almost indistinguishable with both of my wired Bose headsets. The sound quality was clear and it worked from about 10 feet away. The battery also lasts around 8-10 hours, which is perfect for a work day, the charging speed is relatively fast (and works while charging), and the charger is a tiny USB-A to USB-C adapter that's more Provides compatibility with rechargeable batteries and chargers. However, no USB-C wall adapter requires a direct USB-C to USB-C cable. Volume, fast forward/rewind, and pause/play take some getting used to, but they all work quite well. The second goal, just as important as the first, was phone calls. Even though the device was clipped to my shirt (much better than storage) and less than 1ft from my phone, many people complained that they couldn't hear me and it sounded like there was significant background noise, people were blowing into it microphone, or paper rustling at the other end. I would only buy this device if you have expensive wired headsets and don't want to miss out on an expensive Bluetooth version.
