I bought this product to use with my iPad to take notes for class. It works, it's a stylus, it's cool. However, there is a reason I gave it 3 stars. First, it's very noisy. I'm taking notes on my iPad and the audio is loud enough for all 300 people in my lecture to hear. I don't take particularly loud notes, but I have to write fast in college classes. The tip is plastic, that's why it's so noisy, but you can use it. Secondly, the service life is not as long as described. If you look at the description (which I created to see how it was worded for this review) it doesn't contain the most annoying feature of this product. It lasts for many days of use. I didn't charge it for a whole week and it worked so that's cool. The MOST ANNOYING thing about this product, however, is that it doesn't turn itself off within 30 minutes of inactivity (inactivity is the keyword), it turns itself off within 30 minutes (active or not). Imagine you have a 2 hour lesson and you are taking notes. About 30 minutes in class wildly taking notes, you put it aside to switch slides and suddenly it turns off. So you turn it back on but this 2 hour class turns it off 4 times even with continuous use. (For the record, I'm in class right now and was typing, scrolled down my page to write more and the stylus was off.) Aside from the most frustrating feature, it works well, just loud. I love how stylish and simple it looks.
