I have done extensive research on the effectiveness of dental lights; I spent about two days trying to find the right product for me. First, I base my purchases on reviews. There weren't enough reviewer photos for this product (before and after photos), but I decided to give it a try anyway. After the first week I saw no change and was reluctant to return the product but decided to wait a few more weeks. After 3 weeks my teeth were a little whiter and my gums were very fresh. There is no aftertaste, the lights are gentle, and the product is not bulky in the mouth, it is very convenient. I recommend this product for those with sensitive gums/teeth and for those who just need extra care!
