The speed of the WD10EFRX does not stand out, yet the bias is towards using it as a network storage or using it as an additional hdd. As a boot disk, I would not install this, IMHO. Pros below: - Low heating even under load. - No noise, which is especially important when you have several hard drives at once. - The manufacturer claims that the hdd is highly reliable, but let's take our word for it, it certainly hasn't worked so many hours for me yet. Different cons: - Price, although you can find an affordable price tag, some shops do not raise the price. And more professional options are even more expensive. - No one is surprised by such a volume.
