oh my god i love this skirt! I wanted it for many years. The price always made me doubt, but in the end I just shook my head and bought it. It's super cute. The belt with pockets was too big for me - it didn't sit on the waist and dangled freely from the hips. For aesthetic reasons I loosened the laces and called them good. So if your waist is less than 27 inches, it will not tie tightly around your waist. Also, I liked the look better when the laces were closer to the front and the pockets closer to the back. I added a petticoat and used it for the Halloween Little Red Riding Hood costume.
