I received this as a reward through a program at work and found it to be a disappointing, lackluster product. Initially I couldn't pair it with any of my devices or hold a charge so give it credit, the manufacturer made me send it in and supposedly fix it. It works better now, but it won't connect to my MacBook, and even though it connects to my iPhone, it randomly disconnects. It doesn't seem capable of handling the phone at full volume, nor can it play a song that's inherently loud without being overwhelmed. At least that is one explanation.
