I have very thick, very frizzy, matted hair 4C. This blow dryer brush quickly went through every section and even bones from root to tip. I like the small brush head size because it gives more control. I also like the firmness of the "bristles" because my hair won't easily bend over time. It also has surprisingly good performance. The only downside is that the power button is a circle on the bottom of the device that's ridiculously difficult to turn when your hands are wet or have product on them. I had to use a thick sock to turn it on and off between sections. All in all I would buy this again. This is the first time I've been able to dry my entire head and not feel like I'm dying from hand fatigue and stinging heat.
