Extremely difficult to get into ears. It might be easier for those with stretched holes, but unfortunately I only have a regular piercing. I haven't been able to insert them yet. My mother, whose holes had been stretched a bit from years of heavy earrings, was able to get them in after a few minutes of trying. The hanging part falls off very easily when you try to insert them, so you have to be careful with that. In addition, the seller sends a small postcard, basically buys positive reviews, and offers free items for positive reviews, which is extremely misleading for buyers who rely on real reviews. I like this design, but I'm not sure if it's worth the effort and pain of putting them in.
