Purchased for use in a cycling orientated work environment as road cycling shorts are akin to sexual harassment in this regard. I've been wearing them for a few weeks and I'm very pleased. The fabrics are light and breathable, they don't rub at all. The Mian panels are made from ripstop nylon, the black material is soft and stretchy to move with your feet and everything is held together with strong double stitching. The zippers are even polished well. The pockets tend not to dangle when pedaling, which is nice. Overall it's way better than what I expected for $30. Cons: - Pocket space is a bit limited, enough for a phone and, for example, two crossbars in each. - The pad is quite thin. However, it is firm and feels more like a very thick fabric than a foam pad. I would prefer something more massive. The plastic clip on the drawstring is useless, just tighten it and tie a loop (By the way, I have a 36" waist, I'm US XL and it fits perfectly)
