The straps are too big and too tight for the child.
The only problem with this backpack was the straps. They were too big for a child and too close together. In fact, they were extremely uncomfortable for my ten year old. That's the only reason we sent it back. The colours, build quality, material quality and design were fantastic. My daughter was very sad to return it but the straps just made it unsuitable for her. The best strap design and there will be 5 stars.
