SMALL METAL PARTS IN A TOOTHBRUSH
A month later while my two year old was brushing her teeth the bristles fell out and a SMALL PIECE OF SHARP METAL fell out! I looked closely and noticed that each tuft of bristles was held in the brush by the same small piece of metal. This is an extreme hazard and I can't believe a children's toothbrush could have something like this in their product. Thank god I didn't swallow it.
