I've been using this pillow for a few weeks now and never want to go back to a regular pillow! Before this pillow, I used a pretty standard pillow that was pretty thin. I woke up with shoulder and neck pain from sleeping on my side and not having enough support. This pillow solved both problems! I haven't woken up with a shoulder or neck pain since using this pillow! I have tried hard bamboo pillows in the past but they have always been too hard and difficult for me to use. This pillow is the best of both worlds when I feel like my head and neck will be supported, but it's still very comfortable! It fits a standard pillowcase as shown in the attached image. It also has an asymmetrical shape, which is great because I can flip it over if I need different support. When I sleep I rest my head on the shorter side, but when I sit in bed reading I like that there is a higher side. I highly recommend this product and plan on replacing more of my pillows with this one over time!
