My Holy Grail makeup remover was Clinique's Take the Day Off Cleansing Balm, but at $30 a can it ate my budget. I found out about Palmer's Cleansing Oil from an online forum. I LOVE IT! Works as good as Clinique for 1/3 the price. This is a liquid oil, so make sure your palm is firmly closed before you start pouring it into your hand. Light, pleasant aroma of rose water quickly disappears after use. Apply 3-4 pumps to clean, dry hands and clean, dry face. Massage to remove even waterproof mascara (it won't sting your eyes or blur your vision). Once your makeup has dissolved, add water and rinse. The skin appears balanced and clean, but not dry, and all traces of make-up disappear. Excellent material!
