First of all, this bag is very heavy. This thread is no joke. Also, the chain slips so you never get a good grip on the purse as it keeps slipping. You also can't mount it on a surface and open it to look inside because the lid is so heavy that it falls off. Inside, my keys barely fit in the inside pocket. And I only have a bunch of keys and ONE key. I could get two lipsticks, a wallet, a bunch of keys, a flimsy check book, and that was it! Terrible, not functional at all, and this chain is so annoying. It slips everywhere and slides between cracks because it's so heavy. I can't imagine how this bag got so many 5 star reviews.
