I am upset because I ordered the letter J and the person received the letter K. Unfortunately I can't return it because the person thinks the letter is their boyfriend's initial so she was happy about that so I was really lucky that at least her boyfriend's initial was sent because I could just play it huh i wanted for her to get it but it really surprised me when i saw the picture of her getting her present and thanked me and i realized it was the wrong initial. I will be buying it again now hoping the right thing arrives but I have to wait for her to get back from her trip so I ordered it when I did to make sure she got her gift before she did goes. Apart from one major flaw, the necklace is undeniably beautiful. I gave 5 stars because the necklace itself is beautiful.
