The simplicity of uploading content, scheduling it for later delivery or immediate posting as well managing social media channels is amazing! There are some additional features needed (e.g., tracking attendance), but this will come with time. This platform has been really helpful in engaging our audience at events we host using Snoball’s team management feature – which makes creating custom surveys easier than ever before. We also use SnowBall internally so people can share insights about past experiences within specific teams/departments across different geographies without having to leave the office.- Simple reporting options - Easy access from mobile phones The best thing is, it allows me to connect with all my social media followers at once without having to do it manually! I love how simple it is for anyone to use this platform. It also has a free plan which makes it affordable. There are some bugs here and there but not enough to make me switch. This software is really helping me get my content out in front of all my followers and I've seen a good spike in views.
