I've been hearing about this brand and thought I would give it a try. I'm not a fan of working out but I'm in the garden all summer long. Comfort is my goal. I wear size 6 drawers and found the medium a tad big. They are very stretchy I would say if you wear size 6-8 in pants they would be fine. I tried size small but they are for size 2-4 pants wearers. They were small for me. So I kept the medium and have purchased multiple pairs. They are so soft and comfortable. Don't ride up, never need adjusting even if I'm bent over in the garden. Fantastic!
