I have a Rogue power rack and needed a cable pulley system. I made my own but the cable started fraying. This is a great option for a cable DIY system. Just provide your own pulleys and attachments w/carabiners and you're good to go.I like the stopper ball that will prevent damage to the carabiner. The cable seems high quality and something like you'd see in a commercial gym. Measure to make sure you get the right length for your rack. I have two sizes of these depending on what exercises I'm doing. Highly recommended.
