I wasn't expecting that for the price of the stand. I needed a stand next to my desk to place the amp and some other small items. It meets all requirements. Note: Both sides and the back of the lower section with glass doors are made from a thin wood grain cardboard material commonly found on the back of shelves. While I was expecting this for the rear, I figured the sides would at least be thicker wood/chipboard. If you're looking for something really good, this isn't it. However, if you're looking for something reasonably priced and useful, then this is fine. It also arrived damaged but not in a conspicuous area and I didn't want to deal with returning it or getting a replacement part from the manufacturer. .
