Not as good as my other cool product
I bought this hair straightener because it's the closest thing to my trusted assistant. I was hoping for a replacement in case my old one has bitten the dust. This one gets hot, but it's hard to get it tight enough in my hair to actually straighten it. I think it's the plate material. I can't go back now so I can give it away. Disappointing.
