I love Himalayan salt products. Many reviewers have commented on the lack of scientific data on these salt chunks, but the science is there, it's just that you need LOTS of this salt to really make a difference in a room. But scientifically, it produces negative ions (good ions), and these ions attach themselves to the harmful positive ions emitted by most of our electronic devices. You probably won't experience any health benefits with this product alone, but I didn't get it for that. I saw it as a decorative item and just a decorative item and that's the only way I can recommend it. I wouldn't even trust us with massage balls.
