This is the first time I have bought a USB hub and I must say that I am satisfied with it. What I like about it is that I can use 4 USB ports in addition to the ports I already have. . It gives me more freedom with my devices. I have an NVIDIA shield and I use mini keyboards and flash drives, but one of its USB ports is always busy because the hard drive only leaves one port. With a USB hub, I no longer have to worry about running out of ports. In addition, it can be used on most devices. I don't think it can be used as a charger. The only downside I have is that the USB ports are too narrow making it difficult to remove the USB from the hub. So if you buy this, please keep that in mind. Otherwise I would recommend it.
