WARNING, SOMETHING HAS CHANGED AND IS VERY WRONG. I've been feeding my two dogs the Flavor of the Wild for about 10 years. I've been ordering from Spar-Abo for a few years now. 2 games ago I opened the bag and it looked very different. Extremely light color, did not smell of meat - it smelled of sawdust. I let my dog sniff it and she wanted it. I mean she's a labrador. I let her eat a few bites, but I just didn't dare. I googled for recalls or formula changes and found nothing. I had such a good experience with TOTW that I opened the next pack to try these instead. It looked darker than the strange light one and smelled more like meat. I scooped it into the Labrador bowl. SHE DID NOT EAT. My labrador eats so fast he chokes and has a separator bowl to slow him down. She will eat cardboard toilet paper rolls, a stray stick if she finds one, and all human food except a banana. She wouldn't touch those things. She pulled out her gums, took out the pieces and spat them out on the floor around her bowl, then looked at me for food. She ate treats and vitamins just fine. It was a huge nutritional problem. I quickly cooked her some rice, lamb and corn and bought her some new premium dog food. I've run out of $100 and this meal is DANGEROUS.
