Item arrived in a flimsy, torn and tattered box. Relative to to size and weight of item, a stronger box should have been used.Assembly guide parts list is incorrect. Pictures don't match parts (ground nails). Part count does not match parts given.Rails attach by one fitting into the other. Due to damage on one, the other would not attach. We had to bend to make fit (which is never a good thing).Being a heavy bulky package (relative to shipping), we chose to fix the rail and went to local hardware to replace missing parts opposed to sending back (which I would have done had it not been a hassle to package everything back up). NOTE: would have had to purchase a new box to ship due to product arriving in a box that was barely holding things together.Frame is not as sturdy as I thought it would be. Would not purchase from this company again.
