In general, the product is good for protecting my Surface on the go. The case holds the tablet and pen well. Don't worry about them falling out. The keyboard locking tab also helps so far, keeping the keyboard in place when closed. the only problem so far are cutouts for the power cord and usbc. If you are careful, the power connector will stay in place due to the tight fit. The cable will be pushed out (cannot lie flat in the connector) and the connector will disengage. I believe this is because the hull protrudes well above the surface. I say this because when using the dongle it also affects the USB slot. You can't get an adapter to connect anything. I had to take the Surface Go out of the case to connect an external hard drive. Otherwise, a good case is worth the money.
