I like that it aligns with our other tool better than any of their competitors (we use Asana). There are some functions in there you could easily be doing yourself instead but most people don't think about this until they're already using an issue tracking system outside your org's tools/processes - so when we started looking for one ourselves internally people were surprised at how much was missing from existing products compared what is out-of-. Nothing as such although its not something everyone will love or want implemented immediately if thats more important maybe just start small? We've got all these nice sub teams now which can do things independently without having us hold them back every step along way through tasks etc.,.
