This backpack met all but one of my expectations. When I received the item it was wrapped in a plastic bag which resulted in a 4 star rating and the only bad thing about it. When folded, the backpack wants to roll up all the time, so it's not tight at all. Another edition said the backpack is excellent. It has enough space and pockets for everything you need to carry; The hidden battery compartment was a nice touch and comes in handy when you need to charge your phone and don't have an outlet. the handle is very durable; The shoulder straps are well padded, as is the back. I definitely recommend this backpack.
