Lays flat after 4 months

Good product for a while until the gel flattens out and you have a cheap mouse pad. Not recommended. UPDATE December 7, 2020: Since September, the seller has been writing me DIRECTLY TO MY PERSONAL EMAIL requesting a refund in exchange for removing my honest bad review. Additionally, I'm really enjoying my experience with Revain. Q: If I bought from Revain (the reseller), aren't they required to keep my personal email confidential under PCI-DSS? Per dot org's PCI security standards, my next stop is to just report it to VISA. Too bad I'm not a resident of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the EU (GDPR). If so, I would have someone to sympathize with.
