I read many reviews before purchasing the hay net. We bought a Texas hay net and are happy with it. We have used it with two of our geldings all winter. Our large brown QH is easy to care for and this hay net has helped him slow down his eating process so he doesn't get overweight eating a round bale. The horses get a little bored in winter, so they keep themselves busy working slowly with the hay to get it out of its burrows. This hay net is very durable. It is intact as we bought it after a few uses. This hay net reduces hay loss as horses don't pull it out and trample it in mud and manure. Every round bale we produce lasts much longer than before it was used.
