Review on TriGlow T80627 12W Retrofit 💡 Downlight - Efficient 100-Watt Replacement Kit by Josel Lambert

All the lights are out. These are LED bulbs that heat up, melt plastic and fall from the ceiling. I bought 48 of these lights and installed 28. Almost half of them have failed, see fig. There is said to be a 3-year guarantee. I have tried contacting Saturn products which appears to be a slate for Triglow. They don't answer or call back, I left several voice messages and they stopped email communication when I informed them of the problem. You seem to be a growing company. Joel Ehrlich is the CEO and co-founder and I think he would be concerned about their reputation. all this for a $550 refund. All I'm looking for is communication or a solution to this problem.
