My kid loves it for about 30 seconds but it's a great toy. It sticks to the high chair tray and is easy to clean in the sink. The inner rings don't rotate separately from the outer ring like I thought. My child puts their fingers in the rings when spinning. It's not happening fast enough to be a safety issue, but perhaps a redesign should be considered that has a clear plastic ball on the outside to keep little fingers out of the toy, because if a child sticks their fingers in, the rotation will stop and it will irritated.
