In the last year or two I have decided to start roasting coffee beans myself. It's so great you don't have to rely on independent local roasters with all the hype making it difficult to get anywhere to buy coffee. It is important for me to have a bean storage bag. HOW THEY ARE MADE These pouches are divided into two groups, each in a separate transparent pouch. These packages are sent in white bubble wrap so you can easily keep them all together if you wish. HOW THEY WORK - WHAT I USE THEM FOR After a day or two, depending on the beans, the flavor will begin to develop and the beans are ready to eat. HOW MUCH CAN BE IN EACH PACKAGE? In one I put approx. 235 g of unroasted coffee beans (they are a bit heavier before roasting). the bag is perfect. SEAL? They seal (in addition to the zipper) and what I like about them is that the iron doesn't stick to the outside of the paper like Mylar does. MARKER I can use a regular marker on this too awesome one. CONCLUSION These bags are perfect. Not only do they taste, they also hold the perfect amount of coffee for roasting. I use them all the time. MY RATES ARE FIVE STARS. I LOVE these bags and will continue to buy them when they are gone.
